We deliver via courier from our door to yours in Cape Town R60

(for first 5kg)

This is delivered within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated

We deliver via courier from our door to yours regionally R120 (for first 2kg) This is delivered within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated

Do you deliver Internationally?

We can deliver internationally but this is by arrangement only. Your specific needs will be considered & discussed.  Mail sales@myevolutionjourney.com to discuss your needs.

When will my order be processed?

Orders will only be processed once your payment has cleared.

We promise to try our utmost to get your Order to you as soon as possible!

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery details provided – please ensure that you complete the delivery details correctly on checkout.

Can I track my Order?

Yes, you will be provided with a Tracking Number as soon as your Order has been dispatched.

Can I opt to collect my Order?

Yes, you can collect at Evolution studios once payment has cleared and Order confirmed to be ready for collection. Please select the correct option at Checkout.

What happens to my information after I make a purchase?

We do not sell or share your details or information with any third parties. Your details are held safely in our database to ensure we are able to service you well in future as well.

Can I return or exchange products I bought on the website?

We DO offer full refunds, product exchanges or credits on unopened/unused products, should you not be happy with your online purchase from www.myevolutionjourney.com

  1. Details required include the reason for your desire to return said product.
  2. You are eligible for a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase.
  3. All Items should be in a re-saleable condition.
  4.  Please note that the return courier cost would be for your account.
  5. If the Item is confirmed to be defective/faulty after inspection by us, you are entitled to either be fully refunded or have the Item replaced within 30 days.

I bought an Item on Sale, can I return it?

There is a no return policy on discounted or sale Items.

What if the Item I purchased is out of stock?

Should an Item you have ordered be out of stock, you will be notified accordingly and arrangements made for a delayed delivery, exchange for a different Item or otherwise a full refund within 30 days of receipt of payment.
