What types of organisations do you work with?

I work with established non-profits, charities, bursary funds, community initiatives and legacy projects that have outgrown their original structure but haven’t yet built the operational backbone to match their vision.

I have also co-built, co-founded & helped to align organisations & brands in their start-up and refinement phases.

Most of my clients are 2-10 years old, have a small team (often 2-5 people), and are at the point where the founder is personally carrying strategy, fundraising, events and brand all at once. If that sounds like you, we’re likely a good fit.

I don’t typically work with large institutional NPOs with established executive teams, those need different support structures.

How long does a typical engagement last?

It depends on what you need.

A focused engagement (like a fundraising strategy sprint or an event coordination project) usually runs 4-8 weeks. A deeper strategic partnership covering multiple pillars (strategy + fundraising + community building) typically runs 3-6 months.

Some clients stay on in a lighter monthly advisory capacity after the main engagement ends, especially during high-stakes periods like annual fundraising campaigns or major events. We can structure that however works best for your organisation and can tailor packages to meet your specific needs.

Do you replace our existing team?

No, and I wouldn’t want to. Your team knows your mission, your community and your history better than anyone ever could.

What I do is come alongside your team to bring strategic rigour, operational structure and execution support where it’s missing. Think of it as adding capacity and capability without adding headcount permanently.

In some cases I’ll work directly with your team to support them in areas like donor communication, community building, digital strategy creation or event planning so they can run things more independently going forward.

With my corporate background, I am also a particularly good donor facing addition to the team to promote your strategy & share your vision.

The end goal is to leave your organisation stronger than I found it.

Can you help us with one specific event or campaign?

Absolutely. Event coordination and campaign support are core parts of EVŌIMPACT.

Whether it’s a single fundraising gala, an annual bursary dinner, a donor appreciation event or a community outreach initiative, I can step in at any stage from concept through execution. Being cloesly aligned to other longstanding organisations also means that I have a wide range of potential donors within my network. 

Some clients bring me in months ahead to plan strategically. Others bring me in weeks before when they realise they’re stretched too thin. Both work, although earlier is always better for maximum impact.

Most consultants give you slides and disappear. EVŌIMPACT is built differently because I’ve been where you are.

I spent over a decade leading operations at one of South Africa’s largest retail partners before moving into purpose-driven work. I know what corporate rigour looks like, but I also know what it feels like to build something that matters more than profit. I am a corporate built machine with heart.
