Colour & EcoTherapy

I have always wanted to create a wholistic, set apart & fulfilling experience for my clients. Although I love coaching & talk therapy, not everyone does. It is for this reason that I have 2 added therapy techniques in my toolbox and we are able to mix up client experiences based on their individual needs.

Rainbow (colour therapy) is a modality that is based on the psychology of colour. In short, colour has a meaning & it is because of that hidden meaning of the colour that you are attracted to that colour. Although you can google what various colours mean, this modality was created & interwoven with biblical references to allow us to experience a subconscious skinny dip & a spiritual deep dive…. unlocking the hidden messages & soul whispers that traditional talk therapy may not allow without much inverstment. It helps clients to uncover their struggles & decide on how to evolve forward.

Ecotherapy is a newly launched modality at My Evolution Journey where we use the metaphorical GROW technique to unlock your thinking & navigate into new thought spaces. Using traditional ‘get your hands dirty’ gardening, we explore your thinking through an integrative & easy to repeat experience. You also get to take home a leafy gift that you can continue to propagate & grow.

My Evolution Journey

Academy

My greatest wish on my own evolution journey was to have a safe space in which to find support, understanding, motivation & encouragement. Access to tried & tested tools, wisdom through awareness in life experiences & biblical principles applied in relatable worldly settings. I wanted to GET REAL about struggles that we as believers face & PRACTICE what is being preached but never really applied in real life. I wanted to live out the lessons from the Word of God & see God moving in a tangible way while safely exploring my own humanity, building emotional strength, faith & connection to God- all at the same time. That space was not available out there. The spaces that ARE available all have a different focus. Business, Entrepreneurship, relationships, self love…. But never wholistic & faith centred & true to the real struggles we all face. Heart, mind & soul struggles.
